Happy Tuesday Afternoon!

Wanted to report that I did 30 minutes of mixed exercises last night - I know - Big Deal! But it is a start. Am learning to do some of the core exercises. I figure once I learn a routine I'll end up exercising longer.

Got to get back to work!

Di - LOL! Buffy - we all have to start somewhere, now don't we? Look at kingkeld - he didn't exercise for the longest time, now he loves it. Just like your foods...make room in your week for rest days, and workout days... then hit the living room floor, or go for a walk or whatever it is you do... and keep up w/ your plan! In no time you will start to feel energized by the added activity! Good for you!!!

30 Minutes is AWESOME! I am very proud of you! I think it is a great idea to mix things up so as not to over-work any one area! I am absolutely jealous!!!!

Hey Buffy when I started exercising I started at 10 minutes!!! Then it was a slow build from there - so 30 is a great start!!!
