Got Jillian Michaels "30-day Shred" DVD yesterday. Can't wait to get home and work out!!

I got one and tried it. I could only get through the first 12 minutes...I found it hard. I am now trying to up my cardio to get into better shape before I try it again. Good luck to you though...don't get discouraged if you find it hard...just keep trying! I know I will.

Ohhh,...it is totally a kick-butt workout. I made it through level one but it was a total challenge. I'm with you....I need to get my cardio up too :)
