Day 3 of starting over....things are frustrating for me this time around....I feel like I eat non-stop and never get full! I am eating all the same things I did the first time around and it doesn't seem like it is working....I guess only time will tell. I really need to start working out again, but sometimes I feel like playing softball and volleyball 5 nights a week is work out enough...I know deep inside it isn't, but I can't get myself to go to the gym. I guess I just need to start pushing myself a little harder in that area. I just hope that I can make it though this Phase again and see results so that it motivates me to push harder! I know that if I start loosing again it will for sure motivate me to achieve my goal in no time! I wish you all the best....smash on!!!

Great job with sticking to the diet. I know how frustrating it can be to not feel full since I'm going through it right now. I'm hoping it's just another phase that my body needs to get used to. If not, I'll just watch the scale and see how much I can push the calories. I don't want this to "feel" like a diet. Regarding exercise... when I played softball and I wanted more exercise for the day I used to warm-up by running. I'd start at home plate and run down the right field line to the outfield fence, along the fence and back down the left field line back to home. I'd do it a couple times or until I felt like I'd exercised enough. It didn't usually take very long to get that feeling. ;) Enjoy!

Just went thru that not feeling full or satisfied even though you know you're eating more than enough phase. I gave in and knew that it would soon pass. It will pass for you too. I think it's great that you are active and involved in sports, you should be proud of yourself.

I would say drink drink drink! Water, that is;) Often you can mistake thirst for hunger and eat when you are really thirsty.
