good morning..even takin a day off yesterday still managed to log over 1500 steps..and only went outside once to take trash out..thinking of taking another day off..not sure yet..would give my body time to wonder what the heck is going on..and crisp 46 here..so no big rush to decide on a walk..have a great day everyone..

With change of it being so much darker at 430am I been walkin instead..im.thinkin colder weather..colder Temps when riding..
