Well... I am happy with this I was dreading getting on the scale today. Since I knew I was going to do a carb reload yesterday. I went down to Seward and enjoyed the beautiful day on the water. I knew I was going to get the deep fried calamari.that would be my carb reload.. I did and I also ate the poached halibut in lemon and butter, with broccoli...even felt kind of smug when I turned down the rice, roll, no thank you I don't eat starches or glutensWhen desert was offered... No thank you I don't eat sugar Yeppers walked out of my favourite place to eat in Seward feeling kind of cocky and smug.. Oh Yeah I got this... Wrong...
I then walked along the Marina enjoying the sunshine, boats, and just being out and about no work etc... Then... the dreaded smell kept tantalizing me, no matter how much I denied it before I knew it I was in the Alaskan Creamery ordering a Wild Alaskan huckleberry waffle cone. Yes I licked and enjoyed each and every bite of the cone.. So then on the way home I was kicking myself over 140 miles on how I allowed myself that slip up, talk about the guilt setting in. I made all kinds of excuses not to get on the scale this am. Then when I did I was amazed that I didn't gain. Stepped on and off 3X. lol
So I had my squeak by pass and back to strict LCHF WOE..
