Having one of those days when I just can’t get full :( Wednesdays have been the worst for me lately. After double workouts on Monday and Tuesday my body is craving calories. Hopefully spin class will help knock off some of the damage from snacking.

Hi Lacy...try snaking in dill pickles...something about the vinegar is supose to make you stop craving. Then when you fell bloated from the sodium in the pickles...eat a banana...potassium pulls out the sodium for balance...lol! ROCK ON!

I knew I loved bananas for a reason :) Maybe they can help undo some of the damage from those potato chips I ate earlier (wishful thinking on my part). Thanks for the suggestion and the support.
