Things were hectic for quite a while. Workouts were a hit or miss deal. Going to spend the week logging food to see where I am at naturally for a calorie count, just to make sure my eyes aren't getting bigger. I have been consuming too much junk lately, stress may have a lot to do with that. Going to clean up the diet and get back into the exercise mode. I have to get my brakes looked at today, so I hope I will still have time for a dog walk when I get home. Will do a weigh-in on the Wii so I have recent weight. Last one was under my desired weight, today I feel it will be higher. One good thing about no trick or treaters at the house, no worries about that tempting candy laying about the house.
