Past 3 weeks have been really tough. From birthday celebrations and anniversary dinners, to a chest cold that doesn't know when to leave. I thought for sure I had a gain this weigh-in, to my delight I had a drop and I am now under 180 for the first time in years.

I made a fantastic discovery recently. My insurance has a whole herd of benefits for weightloss completely free to me. I recommend that everyone check their additional perks from the insurance sites to find out what is there. My insurance pays for a nutritionist, a fitness support group, a scale, and a fitbit.
