My resolve is slipping. Eating potato chips in the middle of the night is not the way to go. I have three more weeks to go to reach my target. I need to change my mental setting. It has all to do with will power. Every pound goes through the mouth. I am not hungry at all. Everything is fine. Then why do I keep cheating on myself?
