Starting to yoyo, up and down in a small range. Not good. I am losing concentration and start to eat sweets in between. I need to better concentrate on the intake.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
