Well the stomach bug I had paid dividends. Minus 2 lbs. This is a milestone for BMI. Waist hasn't been seen at 38 in. 20 years. Man...I even look taller. {8^).
233.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
