Ok, day 10 of 28 day cleanse. I've lost 4lb. and am switching gears to another 28 day cleanse for the next two weeks. I am eating too much fruit and nuts and not enough lean protein (not much of a meat eater) also i'm deleting red apples and bananas and adding mixed berries and green apples instead. I'm pretty bored with my smoothies, so i'm adding new variations. We'll see what the next 10 days has to offer.
