Hello all,
I have been gone since July 2015. Due to personal reason I was not logging and not working out. But I am back now and more determined than ever. But I have learned to not expect miracles over night and hard work and eating the correct way is the only way for me. So starting work out last week, doing 3 days a week to start. Working my way back to the healthy me!!!
