So last night a glass of wine some white rice indian spice chicken,samosa! What do you do when you are invited out to someones house. It doesnt sound that bad but when you have been eating completely clean since sept its odd to put those sort of things in your mouth, Wouldn't have been my food of choice. Could have opted out of the wine but what the heck! Anyway one day wont kill me but what I have found is my taste buds have changed! And I woke up HUNGRY!

I truly believe you have to live while you lose. Enjoying a glass of wine here and there and some different food, can be a nice change of pace. As long as you can get back on track. Look at your chart, you are doing amazing. Keep going!
