Interesting .....on phase 3 inreased calories 200c and now I am up,
i hope this is just an asjustment phase .Its a bit confusing what to do?
207.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Logically, if you increase calories, the scale may show an increase too. If you ate carbs, then its most likely water weight from your cells taking in water from carbs. Not sure what you are trying to do. Are you increasing to level off weight loss? If you are trying to stay the same, then its good to increase slowly and give your body time to adjust.
