Oh my goodness.... I stepped on the scale this morning and WHAM! there was a weight I had never weighed before...talk about a slap in the face! I am in EMS so we never get to eat right and don't get a lot of exercise. I hope to change this by making smarter eating decisions and running.

Good luck! A shock on the scale got me back on track! Sometimes I like to check in with the tape measure to see results you don't always see on the scale. I keep a pen and little notebook in the bathroom cabinet.
