Was going through pictures the other night and I found the picture I want to use as my "before". Of course, the "after" won't be taken for another year.

I'm really looking forward to seeing that "before" picture, Buffy. How long ago was it taken? Even though you're not finished with your transformation, you probably see quite a bit of difference between then and now. Have a good evening, my friend!

Pamela - it was taken about 5 years ago. Note sure how much I weighed but it looks like my head is perched on top of one of those giant exercise balls.

lol Buffy!! It is incredible when you go back, I nearly fell off my chair when I went back and looked at my Venice photo - my goodness, Pammie asked if I still had the dress I was wearing then, it is long gone, but I should have kept it and made a duvet cover for my kingsize bed with it!!!

Tracy - LOL - you are too funny. But really, the thing that struck me about the picture is that I remember thinking how slimming that outfit was. What was I thinking?
