Getting a little dissapointed that I can't see any changes in my body yet, but I'm all about the instant gratification. I guess its only been a week. It usually takes close to three before changes are noticible. Its so hard to wait that long :(

I feel the same way! I changed everything about my week this week..what I ate, what I drank and added intense exercise. I get on the scale and gain! I know, I know..it's muscles but a couple of years back I would have still lost. I hate almost being 30!
