Went to Mass today. Broke SCD (communion wafer), I didn't think God would understand that I was on a diet.
Ducked out of fellowship though, I am not ready to be around the donuts and lemonade. I grabbed one for DD, and picked her up from Sunday School, and she's eating the donut now.
Yesterday was cheat day, and I definitely wasn't as well behaved as last weekend, but I don't feel I was too over the top either. I didn't even eat any of the ice cream I planned to. The worst part was probably the fried chicken strips and french fries with country gravy. It was good, but not as good as I seem to remember. I'll probably be good on that meal for some time. At lunch there was thin crust pizza, and because of a light breakfast, after lunch my calories were pretty much where they are at that time on an ordinary day. Over all, feeling good. Glad I got to have some chocolate with PMS looming!

Well done saying "no" to ice cream you had been looking forward to! As WFN commented earlier, the more often we eat healthy foods, the less appetizing and appealing the unhealthy foods will seem . . .
