We'll see how that goes today! > Ate hearty protein breakfast. > Drinking black tea today vs Spark or Gourmet coffee....trying to wean back down to herbal. > On 2nd 16fl oz water. > Shirts ordered. > Hoping energy stays up to get work and house organized a tad more! (makes me unbalanced when not) > Ignoring nagging voice saying I want a snack and I am clearly not hungry. (very persistent) > Keeping a positive attitude and a "keep trying" attitude. > Writing down everything I eat...even when I'm over.
