Flexing those baby back ribs. Went to the eye doctor today, put those dilating drops in my eyes. Ugh. Took that stuff almost eight hours to wear off. Eyes look good, no macular degeneration or any of that sort of stuff and told me to come back in two years. 👍

carnivore does a good job of keeping body and soul together. I had a telehealth interview with a doc who had never met me, and he seemed surprised that I don't have more aches and pains and other complaints at my ripe age of 59. I mentioned low carb, but I didn't want to shock him too much with no veg or fruit.

I went to the eye doctor too. I will be having cataract surgery on my right eye in before the end of the year. will do the other eye after we get back frmo Texas in the spring.

Great news from th doc, phil! Those ribs look superb! I also had baby back ribs off the grill last night. What seasonings/sauce do you use? I try to refrain from artificial sugar as much as possible, but I found this SF brand of sauces from G Hughes & OH MY... 🤤 Love his Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce, steak sauce & SF ketchup! Geesh... like, who is this man & where has he been all of my life?!?! 😂

@Zen I dust them with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and McCormick's Smokehouse Maple. Babybacks go five hours @250° over oak smoke. I could eat those once a week, or more. 😙👌
