We've been trying to get some things sorted out for the vacation we're taking next year and it's been really motivating me to get my workouts in. I really want to do some water activities and one of them could be getting off a boat and snorkeling. Crazy as it may be, I don't want to be the wimpy girl who can't get back on the boat. So, my motivation is not only to fit into my bathing suit next summer, but I want to be fit enough to go snorkeling and then get myself back on the boat. The stamina and fitness aspect are really what are motivating me. It's funny though because a few years ago, the looking good in my bathing suit would have been my biggest motivator, now I just want to be able to keep up. :) Vacation is a long way off, but it's still motivating.

I'm getting my eating back on track too. I need to do my planning for next weeks lunches though because this week I'm struggling with the protein. I have to get some good protein sources and make things ahead. I'm taking Monday and Tuesday off next week, so that will help a little because I've got plenty of time to prep and only have a few days of work to worry about. I'm going to buy more fruit today on my lunch break too because my kids have eaten all the fruit I bought over the weekend. I ate some, but they've eaten most of it. Better that than some other things I guess.

I hope everyone has a great Wednesday!

Funny how perspective and 'priorities' change with age and wisdom!

Losinit- I also find that comfort plays a bigger role in my decision making now too. :)

How are the T25 workouts going?
29 Jul 15 by member: aggie95
Aggie- I quit doing them for a week while I was down and out with some TOM issues, but now I'm back to them. They're 25 mins of straight working out, no breaks, and they're not easy, but they are manageable. The best part is that they're only 25 mins. I'm still on the 1st level (Alpha) and have about a week and a half left until I move up to the 2nd level (Beta). I do have the 3rd level DVD's, but we'll see where I'm at, I may redo the 1st & 2nd levels before I get start the 3rd, I know I could still improve.
