Not great. Have been sick so not able to run, and this weekend food was a downright disaster.

Bought a scale so this week I'm paying closer attention. Running: aiming for every day!
189.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
