I did something I haven't done in a long time. I went for a walk in the afternoon after work. Keep in mind I live in Phoenix and the temp was about 107 so the fact that I didn't die is a miracle. It was a short walk, about 20 minutes, but by the time I got home I felt like I had been out for hours. I walk by one of the many canals and that yucky, smelly water was starting to look really good.
Note for next time, and there will be a next time, bring more water and walk a little faster and maybe bring an an umbrella.
