Completed Day 3 - Atkins induction.

Everyday I include a minimum of a 20 min walk. 20 minutes isn't much, and I usually do longer. Everyday I remind myself that it's the minimum recommended for health. Maybe not for weight loss, but for health.

I'm glad that I could at least stick to this minimum.

I'm on vacation for a few days - I'll try to get to the gym.

I think it's a 30 minute minimum, you just stick to what you know you can do. So many people start exercising twice a day, then give up completely. Have a nice vacation.

Glad to hear you are back on a program. Keep plugging away at this and you will get there. Sorry I have been inactive on Fatsecret lately. Work has been brutal. have a great vacation.
