Woke up early today and was able to get a brisk 30 m walk in,cleaned the house and then got another small out in during my lunch. I've been able to work in 2-3 activities a day aside from work and cleaning for the last past 3 days and it feels great bc i know a lot of us can barely find the time. Had a few rough patches here and there with some cravings and crap but for the most part, Im back on schedule. I did learn a few things this week.1.If you off Atkins for a few days and you restart induction and follow it to a "t", you will start losing again, or at least I did.2. I don't like being off low carb and dont want to ever eat processed foods again. 3. I like early morning workouts. Or at least I do so far.// Its been a great week overall. I believe this is break thru week for me bc i learned I don't like to be off low carb so if I ever want to go back to carbage, I will remind myself how much I hated it. I am taking the whole day off tomorrow from workouts bc Ive feel Ive put my fair share in this week and plan to spend the rest of my evening after work patio gardening and playing computer games.. cheers every one !

I think one of the joys of studying our eating habits is that we do learn a lot about ourselves as people. I seem more acceptive of my faults and successes because I analyze them more carefully. Just like you, I know that I am going to be a low carb eater the rest of my life....if for no other reason than it just makes me feel a whole lot better. I haven't gotten into the "I can't live without my exercise" mode yet but maybe when life becomes a bit hectic at work, I will have time to explore that avenue. We put in 15-16 hour days during the season and while the exercise is probably what I need, sleep seems to be more important at my age. I am glad that you are discovering more things about yourself and realizing that your WOE has a tremendous impact on more than your waistline. (The waistline is an awesome perk, BTW:)
