This is just the opposite of what I was expecting!!! I was truly expecting a 3 lb. LOSS!!!! This week I am going to be 100% instead of "reasonably well" and see what happens when I do 7 straight days of "ON PLAN" Plus exercise a little more...Thanks to ALL of my supportive buddies (and I don't have any un-supportive), just a bunch that are absent for UNKNOWN reasons...I always appreciate the ones that take the time to tell me (and ALL of us) they must be gone...even if they are not sure when they will be able to return) Let's all make it a week of climbing the mountain!!!!!) (The alternative is to just SIT IN BASE CAMP...and I am NOT going to do that) Keep Climbing, keep fighting, keep focused...and Keep on KEEPING on!!!!! We will do this ...TOGETHER!!!!
327.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am currently trying to get myself out of base camp. I have been doing fine, just not great the past few days. My motivation has been waning but I need to stir it back up. I haven't slacked off too much, just a little here and there. But, I am lacing up my climbing boots! See you on the mountainside.

Girly you have the best attitude out there and you know you have the wherewith-all to do this. We all do. We are here for support as well as giving support. At least I am. Love yourself and get up and move!

I agree with Bcoulal. A small increase of 3 lbs in weight over a period of only a week is not something to fret about! It could be water weight or something that you recently ate. Remember, a person's weight can fluctuate over the course of a day. I personally would try to only weigh in every 2 weeks or so - that way you have less of a chance to see rising numbers, which may just be a blip. Weigh yourself in the morning with a thin layer of clothes (or none!) and on an empty stomach - try to keep this consistent! Good luck!

Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. As your exercise increases, so will your muscle mass. The truth is in how your clothes fit, not just weight.

Were in the same boat this week.. Im up two but i was not expecting loss. We got this. Were in the climb together, one step at a time. ROCK ON!! no pun intended bahahahaha

First let me say that you are AWESOME! You are such an inspiration to ALL your buddies and we are blessed to have you!!! This IS a little bump in the road and very soon it will swing the other way. Your mindset is what will keep you being successful :) As for the buddies who "disappear" I can offer a reason- (from experience, unfortunately ) If they are not doing well- It's like an addict- when you are down, you just go deeper. You don't want advice or support; you just want to continue w/your binge until you are at rock bottom. Then MAYBE you reach out for support. Maybe they are embarrassed, etc. In time, hopefully they will come around :) In the meantime... continue w/your positive attitude because it sure helps ME get through my week!! Have a GREAT week filled w/ healthy choices :))
