Hope everyone had a fab Memorial Day weekend! I spent the majority of my time with friends and family, away from the computer. I have to say, I really love the FS phone app. It helps me keep track of (or look up restaurant foods!) my calories on the go.

I went right up to my calorie limit one day and close to it on another this weekend, but I didn't go over. I even managed to have a small bowl of carb control ice cream--it was really good! Thoroughly enjoyed all the BBQing going on this weekend.

Not sure if the idiot box will laugh or cry when I step on this week--I'm hoping to make it cry. :-P

I ate what I wanted for the holiday yesterday since I have already met my goal weight, but now I feel so bloated and I gained weight :( it really was not worth it. I love eating healthy.

Let the Idiot Box be what the Idiot Box will be. Stick tot the long term plan and the Idiot Box will shut up!!! I've been using the phone app too with all my internet issues. It's great for when you can't get to the computer, but is a little cumbersome. Or maybe I'm just app challenged!!!

I too relied heavily on the phone app as I was seldom sitting home at a computer this weekend. It is great to fill in, but I sure miss all the chatting.

I agree with Jonathan...let the idiot box be whatever it is! You know your program and are doing well. Think I need to look into the app as well. Glad you had a great weekend.

Thanks for the tip! I didn't know about carb control ice cream. I just gave up ice cream two years ago.

Thanks STT! I'm staying as strong as I can because surely there will be times I fall. @Jonni Congrats for reaching your goal weight! I hear you about the bloat. I don't miss that yucky feeling. @Jon It's not you--the app is cumbersome, but it's great in a pinch! @Izzy The app is good for logging, but it's def missing the draw and charm of chatting with buddies. Thanks @Gwen, hope you had a great weekend, too! @Deb Yes, my hubby found the carb control ice cream, and I actually prefer it to the heavier, sickening ice creams now. We fed it to everyone (even the kids who were over)and nobody complained, LOL.
