Had a good day at work yesterday and got a lot done. Very low stress day. Went to Zumba after work. I was excited to get back to it. Whew! After you have not exercised in a long time, it is hard. It was a little difficult to keep up with the routines, because I didn't know the dance moves. My hip hurts and my legs are sore, but I'm not giving up. Felt good about myself for exercising!!!
I couldn't sleep last night again. I'm told it has a lot to do with menopause, so I really don't like this age. So, I forgot to take my medicine because I felt out of sorts. I finally fell asleep around 3:30 and woke up this morning with my heart racing. When that happens, I just lay there and wait for it to calm down. It makes me exhausted when I have these episodes. My husband told me to please stay home and rest. So, I got out of the car and went in the house.
I've rested all day, thinking all along of everything that I need to get done at work. I went outside and just sat for awhile. The sun was shining with a nice breeze blowing, and it helped me relax. I planted some flowers - something I plan to do all the time when I retire. Now I think I'll go take a nap.
