been doing really good all week, weigh in tomorrow, i feel good about it :).....

Ditto Victoria. Good luck with the Idiot Box & if the ebb & flow of this process doesn't allow you to reap the rewards just yet; stand your ground & keep pounding out your program. You win by not quitting. The Idiot Box does not determine your success, you do. So no matter the results, you, me, we; DO NOT QUIT!!! We're climbing this mountain sister!!!

^ Jonathan said it!! No matter what the number says, Keep it up and don't quit!! Its a fight, but a good one! Your numbers will bounce around, but don't let that get you down. You know how you feel, and sometimes, you will notice best when your clothes start to feel looser, and you feel better, and WALK, WALK, WALK! That is one of the best exercises to do!! Amen to the other comments....you are doing great, feeling great and I know that you will succeed. I labor over the scale moving way too much when I should be going by how my jeans and tops fit....that loose feeling is much more comforting than the scales' number. Keep walking as it sure does help with the loss of pounds and rearrangement of the body's components!
