Post cheat meal, continuing to drop. Slow progress, but steady. Stressful time right now with taxes/work but keeping at it! Haven't been able to sleep very well. Hope everyone else is doing well
162.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
