Things are going well. Down into the 224’s this morning (from 258’s in June). Walked 2 miles day before yesterday and 1-1/2 miles yesterday. Enjoying crème brûlée this week - all worked into my target calorie count.
This week’s menu has been all disrupted. My husband decided he wanted deli roast beef on brioche rolls yesterday with horseradish sauce. We’re having that again today (because there were 4 rolls in the package. He had changed our Outback meal from Friday to Thursday since we have to be in that area 2m0 for my mother-in-law to have a heart ablation. It doesn’t start until 11 and takes 3-6 hours, so we realized that would be too late for lunch. Not sure what we’re doing now. Glad I can be flexible with my menu plan when need be.
