Yesterday I pretended I didn't care and ate the same when it came to snacks. Granted there was SOME thought, as I didn't come home with the Sun Chips, but instead chose Baked Cheddar Cheese crackers called "Whales" - the generic of "Goldfish"...and taste pretty good. Bought lollipops instead of lifesaver mints or others that I know there is little to no control.

Know control or no control. That pretty much sums up my diet mentality.

Yesterday was good though. I walked to church (2 blocks each way) and back. Allen and I went for a 3 mile walk around town. We didn't win any marathons, but we were moving and out and about.

Back on schedule. Back to counting calories, and working on having protein in each meal. Larger breakfast and going to go down in calories as the day progresses. Bed by 10:30pm. Up at 5am to workout (made it out of the bed by 5:20am this morning!) Adding in walking at the end of the day - or some other form of exercise to make sure I'm getting my 45 minutes of ME time in! :)

6:34am...and the day is beginning....how is your day going to be? Mine is going to be great!
