Really working on getting enough rest. It's tough! Also trying not to eat 3 hours before bed???? You're kidding right? I didn't actually get home until about 8pm. For two days (sometimes more) during the week I work 1 hour from where I live. So I'm trying! Really. It got to be bedtime and wow...I still had calories left over!
Cardio Party ROCKED last night. I NEEDED IT. And it was FABULOUS! (
