I *tried as much as I could to not screw up this weekend; but with a birthday party on Saturday, and then my son's birthday party on Sunday....it was hard to eat properly without starving myself. :( Gained 2lbs. Gotta try hard to build motivation this week. Can't give up now!

**TODAY's WORKOUT**
-"30 Day Shred"
-Chair Dips: 16, 20, 15, 14, 25
-Standing Oblique Twists: 30, 50
-Pulsating Low Squats: 25, 25, 25


**TODAY's MEALS**
BREAKFAST: Scrambled Egg Mix (egg whites + chunk light chicken + green onions + cayenne pepper + salt + white pepper)
LUNCH:
DINNER:
128.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I eat like crazy before going somewhere that I know I will be sorely tempted. I may take some of my own prepared food to share with family and splurge on an Atkins treat to substitute for cake and sweets. I also take a big container of water!

Oh! That's a great idea! I wish I had thought of doing that! I was going to drink a green smoothie, but didn't have time to make anything for myself! But this is good to know! Thank you for sharing! :)
