I need some encouragement 🥴top weight was 377 now today I am 316 looks like alot of weight loss but it has taken me a few years to get here😳 im 66 and disabled due to my size 😫 HELP!!!!!!!

Stay on the journey--you're doing great. Slow and steady is what allows people to make permanent changes not crazy, non-sustainable diets.

Keep fighting and you will get there! You have already lost weight and if your disability is due to your weight, you will begin to feel better the more you lose. I don't know your situation but I know losing weight can help you with certain medical issues. Don't give up, you will get support from all of us!👍👍

I just turned 70 on 18th Aug. 15 mo ago I was 346, and almost totally immobile. I am now 242 and not in constant pain and walk normally. If I can do this so can you. Keep doing what you are doing.

Great job! It’s a long road. If you log in your food daily, Fat Secret shows you a chart with the percentage of fat, carb and protein you are eating. Take a look at this. Maybe you are eating too much fat or too many carbs? Stay with it😊

The struggle is real, but look at you killing it! over 50 lbs lost! That's AWESOME! I topped out at 226 lbs. It's been a journey. Trying to remember how far I have come, even with the ups and downs, and to celebrate with non-food rewards. You not only CAN do this, you ARE doing this! 👍

You have made a great start. Now for additional help and support, FS does a good job with that but for the best support walk into the bathroom, look in the mirror and talk to that guy. He holds the key.
