I have hope to conquer this obesity demon in 2018/19, losing 160 excess lbs in 2 years, so I can live to enjoy my senior years with relief from chronic pain, and maybe reverse some of the damage I have done to my body thus far. This time I will journal feelings, thoughts, fears, goals, successes, missteps, binges, food consumed (with photos), and sleep hours. For the first time though - I will share this with others. Hoping it makes a difference. I want to eat to LIVE!

NOTE: I have purposely chosen not to show my face or my name, as I really want to 'spill my guts' here on FS over the next 2 year journey. This is my online therapy. I don't want family or friends to be hurt by stuff I may disclose, down the line.

Weight Maintenance Goal: between 165-185 pounds for the rest of my life
Diet Plan: Count calories, dynamic RDI-1.5 lb/wk, choose primarily real, natural food ingredients, avoid binge eating. All food groups. Approx 50C-30P-20F ratio
Stats: Female / 65 / 5'7" / Size 4x
Adult Weight History: Obese 85% of life. Yo Yo between high of >346 and low of ~180.

SLEEP: average 7-8 hrs/night, between 1 am and 9 am by -habit est. by Mar 31, 2018
MEALS: 3 meals/day + 2 small snacks, between 7 am and 10 pm -habit est. by Feb 10, 2018-done for the most part
