dont know why I gained 2oz...I did eat 100 colories over yesterday but it was all veggies...I did have a little less water also. so today I will drink more water and stay in my calorie range. we'll see what tomorrow brings 😊
239.6 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your chart trend is down so what you've been doing has been working. Day to day weight can be almost meaningless, what counts is what is happening over the longer term. You've been doing well, keep up the good work!

Thanks! Im on 'The New Lean For Life' plan. Its not listed on here because I can't find iT, but it's a book you "do" not just read. I would suggest it to anyone who needs to lose a lot of weight. I've done this plan before, after I had my son and I lost almost 80lbs and kept it off until I had my daughter last year and a half ago. Its basically just eating a lean, clean diet with moderate exercise. I'm really not concerned about the scale because I know my measurements are still going downbut this plan requires me to weigh myself everyday and measure once a week. I know it's working but I keep this journal just to show myself what I have done in the past and what is and isn't working 😊

Google "why the scale lies' for insight in to water weight. 100 calories isn't going to make or break the scale. It's most likely water weight from any number of factors such as: hormones, stress, medication, sickness, too much sodium, exercise, etc. Drink extra water today and it will probably be gone tomorrow.

Thanks! Im actually in the process of reading a book that tells me things I should watch for and Faux Plateau is one of them. :-) right now and ever since Ive been on this plan, Ive been drinking 16,8oz glasses of water a day. I havent been sleeping well though since my daughter has been cutting teeth...so Im guessing that is why... its kind of draining but I know I will get over this hump. I do appreciate all the support! Thank you!
