first day doin ww, went over my points by 1 already! i guess ill take it out of my 35 for the week...

or should i take it from my AP's? 20 min tape (30 day shred) hmmmmm =/

drink lots of water , it helps with any lil cravings. I chew sugar free gum, and eat surgar free candy as well. I was on ww once before, so i remeber a few tricks. I went over by 2 or 3 points forthe first 2weeks!
