I currently work fulltime and go to college fulltime as well.I have little time to cook, so im always on the go eating fast food. I found that i have less and less energy from day to day. I've tried the weight watchers diet once and it worked, so im giving it another shot. I was looking up some info and I came across this website. Im happy i did becasue when i started weight watchers last time, i had a note book i carried with me, and wrote everything i ate. This website gives me the oppertunity to do the same , just with out the paper. I think it will be very helpful. I dont really consider it dieting , but more like a life change in a healthy direction, with friends to support you!
