Well I can again report a loss this week of 1.6 pounds. I had thought this would be a week of no loss, but was pleasantly surprised :) I am only 7.6 pounds away from celebrating a 100 pound weight loss!!! This is just so exciting!!! Once I reach that goal, the next one will be to lose the 22 pounds that will take me below the 200 pound mark. I'm sure each and every one of you can understand my jubilation at being so close. I hope all of you are also doing well in your endeavors to improve your weight and health. My thoughts are with you. You can do it!!!
