Hi everyone.....doing pretty well. Lost 1.6 lbs this week. Sticking to my eating regime but still doing poorly with any exercise program. Not liking all the hanging skin that I already have and knowing it will get even worse as I lose more since I still have a lot to lose. Don't know where the money will come from to fix it. Have been pushing that thought to the back of my mind so it doesn't interfere with my weight loss. Hope everyone is doing well whether you need to lose, gain or maintain.
