I think the trick will be learning how to break my bad habits, my comfort food, the wine I reach for at night because the days are so damn stressful. Also, the trips to the hospital present a lot of temptation - my child is starting radiation soon and that makes me want to eat...and drink...and eat some more, but I can't keep doing that. I need to stay healthy for her.
