I ate 300 calories over my goal, but still likely less than I've been eating over the last couple of months. I set up my bike on the indoor trainer and will start with stretching and 25 minutes of indoor cycling tomorrow. By April, I hope to do 50 minutes 3x per week.

I've been on a roller coaster, but my bike makes me feel strong. I am determined to shed the extra weight and get back to a place where I am proud of my strength. I'm doing it for Ana. I am doing it for me. I need me to have energy, and be strong and alert for her during her next phase of treatment. I am mamma bear, hear me roar.
