Everyday is a new day to restart....consider the restart button pushed....LOL


This weekend just wasn't my best....probably on my top 5 worst days list....Mothers Day weekend...family...cookouts...blah!

The weekends are the hardest for me too, either there's something going on and I eat whatever or I'm at home and forget to eat! Sheesh....Me and you against the weekends!! AAAAAHHHHH

I hate holidays! Everyoone pressures you to eat...because you need a break, or it's just one day! What they don't realize is that for us one day can mess up one month's worth of work!

That is true. This past weekend was my graduation from college and we went out to eat and that pretty much messed up my Sunday because I was already in the eating alot mode. Now yesterday I am back trying to get on track and the scale of course went up. I am not happy about it but, again every day is a day to start over.

@lovergirl at least you recognize the need to hit that restart button! onward and upward or in our case downward! LOL!! @bekkaL85 Thats so true, I stop having cheat days because its too hard to get back on track! If I mess up that meal I just buckle down not give in the whole day.
