Everyday. I feel like I am more in-tuned & accountable for myself when I do. When I stop weighing myself I usually lose control.

Hi👋 I weigh myself every morning (right after going to the bathroom), with nothing on except my Fitbit and my glasses😁 I have paper & pen at the ready, to write down the info from my fancy scale (weight, body fat, water, BMI, bone & muscle). This is tricky kuz the scale flashes the first 2 quickly. But EVERYBODY has different thoughts about how often to weigh, and I'm sure you will find what works for YOU 😁

Awesome thanks everyone!! I appreciate all the insight!! Crystal Jo!! Yes thank you SO MUCH FOR FINDING ME!! I most likely would not of found you for days. I will definitely come over and check out all your wisdom! @xapie I feel the same way. .. Also @CrystalJo74 I've been doing the same thing.. first thing in the morn in my birthday suit with an empty bladder .. seems to give me the results I like 😂 and I find that if I do it each day at that time I continue to lose as long as I have stayed in a deficit. I really appreciate all of your thoughts guys. Thank you. Hope everyone has a blessed and happy day. Mine started a little rough but gonna turn it around💪🙏💕

Couple of times a week. I think I'd go crazy checking every day, but you do what works for you and motivates you!

Hi Mishelle I am new to FS and I came across your journal and see that we are very close in our weight and weight goals. I have been exercising and dieting for the last 15 years. I normally weigh myself after waking and going to the bathroom. It is important to make sure your scale is in the same spot each time and that your weighing yourself at the same time of the day. It is also important to keep in mind that your weight can fluctuate between one and 4 pounds especially during your menstrual cycle so do not be hard on yourself if the numbers aren’t where you want them to be. It is sooo important to take measurements along the way. If the numbers on the scale don’t change or goes up you still can be losing inches! Remember for all the lean muscle you get that eats away at the fat. I suggest measuring your chest, waist, hips and both thighs. Another good tip and I strongly recommend this even if it’s just for your own eyes to see….take photos of yourself in the same outfit or bikini along the way this can be done once every couple months. The best of luck to you along your journey and I look forward to watching your progress together with mine. Mind over matter stay positive!

Daily. But yeah, there are days where my weight bounces up several pounds and then there are days where it drops down several. The back and forth can make it feel like I'm not making any progress sometimes.

I weigh in twice a week - Friday (officially) and Monday (to keep the weekends in check). Occasionally I will weigh in on Wednesday. But I also take progress photos in my exercise clothes and a bathing suit - these will show progress even when the scale is stuck.

Every day, but I use a spreadsheet to create a 7-day rolling average that I consider my official weight. My weight bounces too much day to day, and my scale doesn't go down to tenths. I weigh first thing in the morning, right after I pee, no clothes
