Weigh in day is tomorrow, I have made changes in my diet (in the exception of 2 days) this week not eating 3 hours before bedtime, drinking my shake mid day and avoiding peanuts. I feel a lot better now that I made those changes and am anxious to see what weigh in looks like tomorrow  I have to admit that last Saturday I did drink 3 cans of select 55 beer (55 cals, 1 carb each) and had a few late night carb free snacks that same evening and the next day I had a Banana Nut Raspado (shaved ice drink that is soooooo yummy) but I only ate it because my dad bought it for me when I went to go visit and I think I would have felt guiltier refusing it from him then actually drinking it.. lol I don’t regret cheating because the very next day I got back on the wagon and have been eating flawless again since. This weekend is Mother’s Day and my Grandmothers birthday party so it will probably be a bit challenging for me but I will try to eat as well as I can and stay focused, just 4 more weeks, I can do it!!
