I don't want to sound rude, but i was laughing when I saw your snaking that's too funny , milk and sugar for snacks. Fati - ruk jou reg asb , eet net vandag verkeerd en begin reg more kanalah. Dec is hot weather time , beach time. niks meer lang tops dra nie. Focus girl Focus.

When it's winter and always dark outside I just feel like sleeping so a nap is a much better option then snacking on something all the time. I can consider myself lucky I guess. Just say NO to the snacks, you can do it. Keep yourself busy.

Haha Saige it was actually coffee ;p ...tomorrow is a new day :D ....Thanks BB and Snez...I can and will succeed!!! I packed on the carbs today Bill - whew I am so exhausted I think maybe that is why I over ate

December is a tempting Month...we have to try to refrain from all the goodies we see about and then our friends cook up a storm with delicious foods and want us to taste even though we let them know we can't have them...It is a very hard time for dieters to go through..takes a lot of will power..Ugh!!!
