I woke up today feeling pretty revved up. I had a great talk with my sister yesterday and a good cry and I feel so light now. I think I just need to start being open with my feelings on things instead of bottling them away because I don't want to make someone mad or hurt their feelings you know? I think I am still going to look into some possible therapy though. We shall see on that.

I woke up late today...well I take that back. I woke up early like I wanted...but then Piper (my 15 month old daughter) started whining in her sleep so I curled up to her and she snuggled up to me and before I knew it...I was waking up and it was 9 am. Oh well...it was worth it. I don't have a lot to get done today but I do need to start walking a lot more if I am to ever bump my goal up to 10,000 steps.

Anyhow, laundry needs to be done along with everything else so I am off to start my day. :)

Hi Arrevantha ive been saying im going to start gym for more then 2 months now.however i get busy with something else n there goes gym time.i think we need to set time aside.agreed,by holding emotions within causes u to go downhill.i eat anything when i feel down.thats y we here.to help each other through.i have 7kg to lose still.ive passed halfway mark so far.today i WILL go to gym.good luck.nass2
