I finally managed to wake up at a good time! Woo!! I have been feeling rather determined today. In all truths, I woke up around 5 am had a mini breakdown because I was by myself and finally able to just...let go and now I feel better for it. Today will be a good day is my mantra and I will get everything done that needs to be done.

I wanted to thank those who commented on prior journal entries. Your words of encouragement mean so much to me and remind me that I am not alone. Like another said on this site, in all truths, other than my mom, this is really the only place I can turn to to vent...to let out all that pent up frustration with life...to speak on how I truly feel without fear of hurting someone's feelings or them getting all defensive and telling me I am wrong for how I feel.

So thank you FS and your beautiful support network. I think I would have lost it now if it wasn't for all of you. :)

Now on to killing this To-Do List.

*P90X3: I absolutely love the Yoga X workout. It is so calming and I can feel myself getting a little better each time I complete it. My left side is a lot better with balance then my right (which is funny since I am right hand dominant) but I think it is getting a little better. Now I just need to really work on the upper body strength so that I can do the vinyasas properly.
